Platform purpose
Local Trade Garden is an early access waitlist and prototype for local garden-adjacent trades. The live trading app is not open yet.
Trade only
The platform is for cash-free local trades only. It does not provide checkout, payment processing, crypto payments, delivery routing or ecommerce tools.
No regulated goods
Users may not list prohibited or regulated goods. Not allowed: Meat, poultry, wild game, raw milk, alcohol, homebrew, medicine, supplements, CBD, THC, marijuana, weapons, live animals, livestock, prepared meals, canned goods, eggs, honey or other regulated goods.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for listing accuracy, communications, meetup choices and compliance with local rules.
Food safety and local law
Local Trade Garden does not inspect goods, verify food safety or guarantee any trade. Users are responsible for following local laws and using common sense before meeting or trading. This is not legal advice.
Account suspension
Local Trade Garden may suspend or remove accounts that violate platform rules, create safety concerns or misuse the service.
Reports and moderation
The platform may review reported users, reported listings and flagged content, and may remove content that appears to violate rules.
No guarantee of trades
Local Trade Garden does not guarantee that any listing will receive offers, that any trade will be completed or that any item will meet expectations.
